Default 2006 LS430 ULTRA LUXURY w/ PCS

If you have been looking for a 2006 LS430 with the Ultra Luxury Package, you know they are like finding hen's teeth, with only a handful over 100 built in the last production year. This sedan may be the second lowest mileage UL (26,5xx) in the country. There is another UL for sale in Kansas with a few less miles for a lot more money. This LS of course has every factory option available. Everything works fine. All service is up to date and no issues for a new owner. This is a nice LS, I don't believe any new owner will be disappointed. This is a come and drive it away with no worries on the road trip home. Mystic Gold Metallic w/Ecru Interior and Gold Package.

Options-

UN Ultra Luxury Package w/Pre Collision System

IR Interior Upgrade Package w/Comfort Leather Trim

FK 18 x 7.5 Chrome Wheels (5)

Z1 Preferred Accessory Package

Sirius Satellite Radio

Since Ownership-

25K Service Completed

Added Weathertec floor mats front & rear

Added Lexus License Plate Frames and Caps

New 7 year battery

New all weather car cover

OEM cabin filters (8) replaced 07/10/2011

New Michelin Primacy MXV4s with less than 100 miles on them.

Cleaned the contacts in the mirror switch

Replaced 2 rear parking sensors

All "nits" removed from both bumpers and sprayed

Issues-

The right side wheels have some curb rash on the lip. The front wheel scratch is approx 3 inches long and the rear 8 inches.

There are two creases inside the rear passenger cabin. One on the left rear door kick plate and the left front seat rear pocket. Someone obviously moved the seat back when there was a box or briefcase sitting on the floor in the rear and the side and corner of the object made the creases. It is visible in the pics, but not so good.

The LS was leased and serviced at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills by a studio executive. All service records are on line for the lease period. I have all paperwork since ownership began in March of 2009. When I took delivery the LS had a mileage reading of approx 23,900 miles. I searched a while before finding this west coast LS UL. As far as I know, the car has never been driven in the snow. It has always been covered and garaged since I have owned it. Hand washed.

The car can be viewed in Bothell, WA at my buddies house. Probably best to set up an appointment, although he is retired the lucky so and so. I did put an ad on Seattle craigslist already and that has drawn some interest. He is trying to schedule showings on certain days, so far he has 2 scheduled. No one has seen the car yet, next weekend most likely though.

I can get more pics, my wife took these while I was working, so it is what it is for now. Weather permitting of course.

The reason- everybody likes to hear the reason. As my wife and I approach retirement, our plan is to road trip. Especially after living for almost 40 years in a community with about 50 miles of road. My wife is a died in the wool Toyota owner, still driving her 4WD 1991 Pickup, so we had to have a Toyota product for our road vehicle of the future. I bought the Lexus. Our first road trip came up. Come to find out, she gets car sick if she isn't driving, that was news, but we had never really went any where, and when we did, she always offered to drive the rental, I never thought much about it, don't much care to drive rentals anyway. Then then LS was too low to the ground for her. She is a pickup gal, many would love to have her, and likes the scenery from up high much better. She also subscribes to the tonnage has the right away theory, so she wanted a truck. So, went out and got a nice CPO 2006 Tundra 4WD DC with only 18K miles and we drove it to Mexico, or she did. I had one 2 hour 45 minute stretch between Portland and Boise on the way down and that was all I drove. So the car became a garage queen of sorts and that is where we are at today. My wife has mentioned that I could get an SC if the LS sold. If I'm going to be the only driver, I want a convertible. If I'm going to have a queen in the garage might was well be an SC.

I've looked around, ran NADA, KBB, and Edmunds TMV and my asking price is lower than them all if I entered the numbers correctly. Asking price is fair I believe at $35,000.

I have a toll free number if someone really wants to chat me up. PM me. My wife and I run a bed & breakfast here in Southeast Alaska.

I'm not having a lot of luck posting pics sorry.

James-

Yes, it is, putting on the new tires just needed to be done, as you are aware the Primacy's aren't cheap. The original Dunlap's were marginal, fine for around town. Out on the road at speed, maybe even in the rain, not so much fun would be my guess. I didn't want an interested party to have deal with the tires if they chose to drive it away, especially if they were going to go some distance. Nothing like going to look at a car and see that it immediately needs new tires. My first thought is, what else?

No thanks.. I'd rather buy an LS460/IS-F with 40-50k miles for that price. You definitely have a nice car but it's probably only worth about 25k IMO.. but even then, I'd rather have an 07' IS/GS for that price. But again, not trying to belittle your car but as newer models come out, the older ones almost always take a dive in price and with the next generation of Lexus models coming out in the next year or two I'd try and get out from under it now. Just my opinion. Clean car though! ; ) I'd be happy to have it for a little less money though.

If you're not interested in the ad, then just move along. The seller will drop his price if and when he is ready.

Then you should be posting WTB ads, instead of cluttering this guy's thread.

I wanted to post the link to some additional photos taken of the right side wheels curb rash and creases in the cabin as mentioned in my initial post.

https://picasaweb.google.com/1128476...CPeA6qThxrjxEA
Also, I forgot to mention the Weathertec Trunk Mat, which is lazer cut and form fitted. Black in color.

One gentleman that I gave the VIN to ran the Carfax, there were no issues.

The LS has an appointment at Lexus of Bellevue next week for an inspection. If anyone is interested enough, I'll get you a copy.

I had no inclination that there would be this many used car salesman on here, really quite shocking to say the least.

Thank you Aristo300 for those words.

Edit:

There was an inquiry with regard to my use of the term "bumpers sprayed". And a good point, as it could mean several things to different folks. The bumpers were removed and professionally redone. This color is a three stage paint, and to quote the body man, "ain't cheap". He was right. Paperwork is included. They both look amazing now.

Regards...from the Capital City.
