is the car registered/inspected in nj or pa? interested in the car but it being a 97; i wouldnt want to deal with the hassle of inspection in nj.

It is registered in PA. The car spends a lot of time in NJ so I listed it as NJ.

To get through NJ inspection it would need:
An obd2 USDM ecu
A O2 sensor fooler for the rear o2 sensor
A high flow cat converter welded onto the exhaust (I have a 3 inch high flow cat that will come with the car)

AC works perfectly and is ice cold.

Never hooked up the cruise because I don't use it but I think I have all the parts for it.
