Up for sale is my 1995 SC400. This is going to be long but worth it i want to be fair with price so i want everyone to know history since i owned it. When i went to purchase the vehicle in May of this year, havent owned it for long, i test drove the car and front wheels were shaking. i had a mechanic look at it for me and he said it was the rack and pinion. the guy at the dealer had that changed so the car has a new rack and pinion. driving it home at 60-70 mph i still felt shaking... it was a lot better but not gone. so i took it to my personal mechanic which i have been using for about 13 years. he looked at it and realized that the subframe (aluminum bar under engine) was bent. i had that changed along with balance and alignment. Still had a shake after that. so recently i changed the lower control arms and got the shaking down to very minimum at speeds excess of 70mph.

parts i have changed...

New rack and pinion
New subframe
New starter (600-800 dollar job)
alignment
97 tail lights
cleaned fogging front lights
tanabe nf210

factory extras...

traction control
heated seats
factory sound system with amp and cd changer (didnt have it wen i bought the car had to find parts and add them myself)
power seats work perfect
power mirrors work perfect
dimming rear view mirror works perfect
ac is as cold as it can get (heater doesnt work great but who cares)

I am selling the car with 205K. there are no check engine lights on. the only reason im selling is because i just got a 97 SC400 and no longer have a need for the 95. To be a 100% honest the 95 is a lot faster and in better condition i just lost interest in it. seats are not ripped but worn and need to be reconditioned. window trim moldings in the interior are cracked. center ac vent has minor crack. front driver seat is missing one bolt that holds it down to the floor. really the usual that happens with sc's. trust me i have owned 3 so far and they have all had the same issues. cars oil is perfect and recently got changed in may. radiator fluid is new.

this is off the top of my head. if u have any questions let me know and ill be happy to answer them. please do not low ball me i am not desperate to sell. i have many cars i need to sell but this one in particular is my personal car and would like it to go to a good home.

asking $4,000 pretty darn close to firm on this one.

IF I AM NOT ALLOWED TO SAY THIS THEN I WILL EDIT IT OUT MODS... but i do have the ability to finance this car if the money is not all available up front. i personally do NOT own a dealer but my brother does so possibilities on this car are endless.

nice car, seems reasonable to me being a black on black 95 400 even with the imperfections. I sold my 97 black on black sc300 wrecked parts car for $2k with a smashed front end, 4k for this sounds about right.

honestly, i had several mechanics look at the car...
one said to get the tires on the stock rims re-balanced
second said the rubber mount for the tranny needs to be replaced
thrid added to also change the rubber mount in the drive shaft...

all these are easy fixes but man i have dumped sooo much money into this car i think its time for someone else to give it a try. it would probably take another 100 bucks to fix and i will kick myself in the *** about it, but thats life. let me know if u need more pics of anything in particular.
