Default 98 Gs300 VVTI GTE 67MM 467rwhp $15k

Many of you may remember me from a few years back as completing one of the original GTE VVTI swaps on the forum. As all good things come to an end so must my time with this car. I have considered parting it out but am listing complete in case there was someone out there who would like to take the car as-is. Specs are as below:

1998 Lexus GS300 - Black on Tan
approx 140k on Chassis

ENGINE/PERFORMANCE

FULL 2JZGTE VVTI swap performed along with 4 speed Supra/Aristo Transmission. - Low compression in 2 cylinders (4 and 6) needs at minimum rings, good start for a proper build. Car made 467rwhp on pump gas (very small shot of meth for safety bc of 91 octane fuel here) before low compression.

Upgraded injectors to USDM 550cc with custom resistor pack

Intake manifold and throttle body blasted before installation for a brand new look.

Stainless, Tubular Reinforced T4 Turbo Manifold

Stainless WG Dump behind front wheel, 4 Bolt - Cant remember brand of WG.

Precision Turbos PT-67 Turbo freshly rebuilt with upgraded bearings with 400 miles (Have receipt)

3"Polished Intercooler piping throughout with 2 Blitz BOV Valves

IC core is 4" deep by roughly 24"+ wide and 18"+ deep. It fits behind the stock bumper and is the largest thing you will fit with out major work.

V-Band 3" Stainless Downpipe with bung for wideband

Tanabe Touring Medallion Exhaust

HKS DLI Ignition

Complete Fuel Return system back to tank

Walbro 255 High Flow Fuel Pump

Snow Performance Stage 2 Methanol Injection Kit with Dual Nozzles

Polished Greddy Oil Catch Can

Custom Heat Shield/Intake Pipe/MAF Adapter

I'm sure there is more I'm forgetting as the list just gets out of control at times. I will add to this as I remember things.

Suspension/Wheels/Brakes

Tein CS V2 Coilovers *maybe 10k on these, no leaks/problems

RCA blocks in front

OEM Aristo Front Strut bar, sand blasted and repainted

All Daizen bushings in the front, Control Arms, sway bars, steering etc..

New ball Joints

Supra TT calipers, rotors and pads (approx 15k on these)

Stainless steel brake lines

New rear brake pads in oem calipers

iForged Trials Wheels - Gloss Black Face, Polished Lips, no rash, no bends, 3 innerbarrels are black, one is polished (don't ask, lol) BRAND NEW Toyos on front (under 500 miles) could use new meat on the rear. One wheel has a quarter sized paint chip on face, was touched up...can't really tell unless your looking for it. 20x8.5" and 20x10.5 or 11" Rears.

Supra TT Spare tire to fit over TT brakes in case you get a flat

Body/Interior

L-Tuned Side Skirts

L-Tuned Grill

Freshly Painted - Mirrors, hood, front bumper, shaved and rolled fenders, side mouldings (the lower part of the doors).

01+ Green Housing Headlights with OEM LS430 HID Projector Swap

Mac Blick Roof Spoiler

2001+ Tail Lights

OEM JDM Cold Region Inner Tail Lights

Clear fogs with hid retrofit

Recently new floor mats

Woodgrain Shift ****

Battery relocated to trunk in approved battery box

Electronics

AEM Wideband Pillar Mounted

Snow Performance warning led's mounted in Wideband gauge pod.

Blitz SBC ID 3 Electronic Boost Controller

Apex SAFC Fuel Controller

Pioneer Z2 Double Din Nav Unit with OEM JDM Double Din Mount kit. Also includes Ipod modules, Bluetooth Modules and Rear View module mounted in trunk key hole..

MB Quart 6.5" Reference Premium components in front doors and reference premium mids in rear doors. These are properly installed with dynamat in a near sealed enclosure in each door.

Kicker L7 8" sub in ported box in trunk (perfect fit on parcel shelf)

MMATS Pro Audio 150wx4 RMS Amplifier with supplemental fans

Kicker SX 500.2 Digitally controlled amplifier

Thats about all I can think of off the top of my head, I'm sure there is more to come but as I have time to think it over I will add any other items I'm missing. Again, the car made 467whp on pump (have dyno to prove) and still runs but smokes (new valve seals were installed and helped but it does have low compression in two cylinders as mentioned before. Basically what I'm offering here is a car that could be put rebuilt with a stock block ($2500) with 0 miles or current motor pulled and built for around the same cost. Everyone here know's what the mods listed above cost and I've dealt with many of you before. Again, this is a for sale offer that will turn into a part out if interest is not there for the car as a whole. Please feel free to ask questions.

NO LONGER FOR SALE

Is the power number on or off meth? Current location of the vehicle? By full swap that means ECU and harness?

It was on 91 octane and small shot of meth, single small nozzle, have the dyno sheet around as well, car was dynoed at RRev in Portland, OR.

As far as the swap the car is running an OEM GTE VVTI ecu from an 01+ Aristo, OEM VVTI GTE Harness etc.... basically everything out of an 01+ front clip was imported and swapped over. This is a "GTE" motor, not a GE motor with a GTE head or a GE ecu etc.... all GTE stuff.

Car is garaged in Seattle, Washington.

Ecu handles trans, it's the gte ecu with the gte 4 speed trans, shifts like factory, no slipping, trans shifts like new. Fluid has about 5k on it (oem toyota fluid used). Also has a large supplemental tranny cooler for safety and to keep things fresh.

Not *super* interested in trades but I'm willing to hear what you have, you never know. Thanks!

Btw: For anyone interested I can have multiple long term members here vouch for the car and that it was done right without cut corners.

smart move because it would have been hard to get 15k for a motor that needs to be fixed.

No parts are for sale at the moment, if I decide to part out I will start a new thread in the appropriate section

Ya....not really.

All the items on that car, not including the longblock or a rollling clear title chassis are easily worth 12-15k at average asking prices. Either way, you can save comments for other peoples thread (or just keeping them to yourself when they are irrelevant such as this one). Figured you would have picked that up after being a member for 4+ years but maybe not so thank you for your opinion (albeit pointless) anyways.

Regardless, this thread can be closed by mods, no need for it to take up room with pointless banter back and forth.
