STOCK 1992 Lexus SC400
CAR IS SOLD
I bought this car in 2008 when I was living down here in Florida. I drove it for a couple years then gave it to my dad because I liked my MR2 better. He's been driving it since then and is now selling it because he has a long work commute and got a car with better gas mileage. I'm posting this ad for him.
Tan interior, auto transmission, 169k miles. It's really clean overall and all original. I visited my parents a couple months ago and the car drove really well. It almost made me want to take it back.
Parts replaced within the last few years:
Battery
Timing belt, all pulleys, and tensioner
Water pump
Coolant reservoir
Radiator and upper/lower hoses
Thermostat
Cold start injector
Outer tie rods
All four struts
Rebuilt ISC
Ignition Coil
Main ECU Rebuilt
Left valve cover gasket
Spark plugs, wires, distributors, and rotors.
Headlights
Rotors and brake pads
Problems:
A/C system works but is non-operable due to a big leak in the evaporator pressure regulator.
Antenna motor does not work.
Some of the paint on the roof and rear bumper area is faded.
It will probably need a new starter soon: sometimes when you start the car while cold the starter stays engaged a little longer than it should but it doesn't prevent the car from starting and running.
The right valve cover gasket leaks a little bit.
These are some of the last pics I took when I still had the car.
