Yeah, but you should know you never gain all that back. A car is NO investment, with a few exceptions. His best bet is to part out high dollar parts and sale car @ current value, which at the moment he is over $10K.
The only other option is to keep it or Sit on it till a member with fat pockets wants that particular car. Either way GLWS
