Kelley Blue Book Value for your car in EXCELLENT condition is $15,355. Good condition is $14,555. Those mods do not add nearly $9,000 extra to the price.

I'm not "hatin bro" or whatever you call it. You list your car $9,000 over it's value i'm just trying to help you out so you will get some legitimate hits. A credit union/bank won't even lend more than what a car is worth plus people aren't stupid.
You say obo, okay, so how about you start by listing what the car is worth and then folks could work down from there. Example: $15,000 obo.
