Lease Buyout - 2009 Lexus IS250 6AT Loaded, GFM, Clean Title, Stock, $22.5K Firm
Testing waters to see if this sparks any interest at an amazing price. For sale is a 2009 Lexus IS250 with black leather interior and glacier frost mica exterior. The car is in EXCELLENT condition and those who know me know that i'm very meticulous about the vehicles exterior/interior. The purpose of the sale is to gain some sort of equity back from the lease but at the same time offer those whom are in the market for this type of car a great price. The fair KBB value on the car is $24,020, so you are getting this car below that value.
The car was leased back in March of 2009 from Tustin Lexus. I am allowed up to 45,000 miles for 3 years. I am currently on my 37th month with only 36,560 miles on it. The car was recently serviced at Lexus of Cerritos on 04/10/2012. I received documentation for the 120 point inspection and they recommended rear tires and a 4 wheel alignment. The MSRP on the vehicle at the time of lease initiation was $38,500. The car features factory HID's with auto leveling, navigation, bluetooth, backup camera, rear oem spoiler, 35% tint all around and black leather interior. The entire vehicle received detailing treatment on a "when-needed" basis. There are no rock chips in the front bumper and no oxidation in the headlights. The car has never received anything below 91 fuel and has always used shell, chevron, 76 or mobil. The car was also never washed by anyone else other than me using the 2 bucket wash technique. It has never been driven into a "drive thru" car wash as well. As you can see i try to avoid swirls as much as possible.
The Bad: the vehicle was involved in 3 fender bender accidents in a 5 day span sometime in the beginning of 2011 that required the replacement of the front and rear bumpers. I have documentation of all parts replaced just in case the buyer would like to see it to confirm no damages penetrated past the bumpers. the car was repaired at Lexus of Cerritos Collision Center.
Accident 1: I was sitting in the car waiting for my girlfriend to get a milkshake at M.I.L.K and a guy tried to parallel park behind me in his brand new MB E350 Coupe when he scratched my rear bumper. I got out the car immediately and got documentation from him.
Accident 2: An old lady entered my intercection on her read requiring me to brake hard and clipped her front bumper at an angle at about 25 mph. Basically her bumper pierced a hole into my bumper and created a chip on the drivers side headlight (which has been replaced).
Accident 3: Stop and go traffic on the 91 fwy when a lady bumps me at about 15 mph. The bumper had some scratches and a dent which made me get it replaced.
