Like most members, I'll start out by saying Regretfully, I'm selling my SC300. I have owned this car for almost five years and about 9k miles. It was never my daily driver, and spent 80% of it's time in the garage. I sought out a Black on black JZZ30, and that's exactly what this car started as. My goal was to make the car as much like a MKIV Supra and I believe it evokes that sort of presence. Just driving this vehicle on sunny days gets me thumbs up and compliments from other drivers. This car was Na-t for a portion of my ownership, however it was never above 10psi. The current naturally aspirated setup has seen a decent refresh (read: not a rebuild) and pulls good compression on all 6 cylinders. If you are somebody that this bothers, do not try to use this as a bargaining tool, the non-VVTI 2JZGE is probably stronger than a beryllium atom (I specifically deal with inline 6 engines). The modifications included on this car would make it a PERFECT candidate for a GTE swap, if I were to keep it, this was my next step.

Exterior 9 out of 10 Excellent paint, a couple small chips
Interior 7.5 out of 10 Very good condition rare black interior that could use a couple of pieces to make it really stand out. Windows can be slow, and drivers side needs tint. Perfect headliner.
Engine 8 out of 10 Good running engine, however naturally aspirated SC300's are not exactly rocket ships and this car regularly returns between 18-22mpg which is not stellar but somewhat average.
Drivetrain 7 out of 10 Strong R154 transmission, usual notchy shifter characteristics, somewhat annoying clutch (to me) but it chirps fourth, lol
The Flaws (1)This car currently does not blow cold A/C. Blower works perfectly, I've investigated with special uv light and glasses but could not find the problem. (2)Rear window trims tabs broke, these are only decorative and are included, however I could not get them to remount. (3)Turn signals do not work, I tried to find the flasher, but have no idea where it is on these cars. (4) Couple of small paint chips, but nothing that stands out at all. (5) Needs an alignment and could use rear brake pads. (6) Car has OBD1 o2 sensors in it so none of the o2 sensors are hooked up. This causes a high idle at start up when cold started, but goes away once up to temp. Simply buy o2 sensors for OBD2 or o2 simulators. I believe these flaws at their most extreme would cost around $800 and considering in perfect shape, I would ask around 6k for this car, my current asking price reflects this.
Asking price is $4950. I will only take cash, not interested in trades or parting out. Let me state that this car wasn't my daily driver, but I see no reason that it couldn't be yours. Whoever buys this car should preferably be a do-it-yourself'r that wants to build a turbo monster, otherwise it's kind of a waste of an R154, lol. I do not wish to repair the "flaws" If I did, I would ask for more money.
More pics coming soon...

just out of curiosity, since it's a 96 and OBD2
is it throwing a bunch of CELs with no o2 sensors or EGR hooked up?
I'm interested in the car if the current sale falls through, but want to know its status regarding getting back to a state that would pass obd2 inspections.
