After a few months of debating, I finally decide to sell. This is a 2003 GS300 SportDesign with 92,000 miles. Saddle interior. Lowered with H&R springs and KBY GR2. The engine was torn down to replace all gaskets and seals. ARP head studs, rod bolts and main bolts replaced the oem. Stock internals. Commetic 1.3mm head gasket. Gates timing belt and new water pump. The turbo kit was pieced together with most parts from treadstoneperformance.com.
Turbonetics T67 turbo
Turbonetics RG-45 waste gate
Turbonetics Raptor bov
Turbonetics TR-10 intercooler with 3" pipings
Ebay turbo manifold and dump pipe
Siemens 630cc injectors
AEM fic
AEM boost gauge
AEM afr gauge
About $6000 was spent in parts. I was able to save quite a bit by installing the turbo myself.
The FIC was tuned by Jeff Tsai Sept 2011. It runs like stock. No CEL or code. This is my daily driver so I was going for the sleeper look. Nothing flashy.
There is a very small drip of oil when park over night from the oil return line. Not enough to have to fill the oil but noticeable on the floor. 2 small door dings. A scratch on the hood ( can be buff out) and scratch on bumper. New paint job 3 years ago. Not because of accident but there was a key mark from the front door to the back door when I bought it . So I bought the car and drove straight to the body shop for a new paint job.
Price is $16,500. OBO
