Pretty much a broker finds the worst, cheapest driver......and pawns them off to you. Trying to reach them? Yeah....good luck, not even Liam Neeson from Taken could find these people! They rant and rave about their business, oh we have 4 stars the other guys have 3 oh blah blah blah.....cut-throat.
