The car is still pending sale and looking to close this weekend. I won't be parting out as the new owner will be taking the car as is. Thanks for all of your interest!

BTW, the Advans aren't super aggressive. I went with a more conservative setup since I didnt want to mess with any fender mods.

19 x 9.5 + 45 int he back

Yeah those specs are conservative but safe for the fenders. The new owner is lucky to have such a nice clean F!
