2009 Lexus IS250 44,000 Miles w/ Warranty
I have for sale my 2009 Lexus IS 250 that has 44,000 miles . . . I have upgraded to an IS-F and no longer have a use for this car.
The car has Silver Exterior and Black Perforated Leather Interior which is in great condition!
The car has not been in any accidents and has a clean carfax! -- clean title in hand!

Options include: HID (Xenon) Headlights, Rear Spoiler, 6-disc changer w/ MP3 Capability, & Sunroof
I would rate the exterior of the car a 9/10 with very minor scratches on the front and rear bumper from everyday use, and interior a 9/10 as well, with very minor wear on the leather.
The car is still under factory bumper-to-bumper warranty from Lexus until July 2013, or 50,000 Miles (whichever comes first). . . This factory warranty can be extended by the buyer through Lexus .. Im sure everyone here knows that they can get the extended warranties through various Toyota dealerships in the midwest for dirt cheap
I have all service records showing oil changes being done on time!
Both front and rear Brake Pads were changed approximately 6,000 miles ago (have receipt).
4 Michelin Tires have at least 65% tread left on them
I am the 3rd owner since Jan 2011 when it had only 27,000 ... Previous Owner bought it from a dealership and only put 7,000 miles on it before he had to sell it to pay off debt when his father passed away, Original owner traded it into a Nissan Dealership @20,000 in May 2010
The Car has Tinted Windows (Has a 5 year warranty)
Lexus Sport Pedals were added to the gas and brake pedals for a more sporty look!
