Default 2001 Lexus GS430 (2JZGTE)

2001 Lexus GS430
226XXX Miles on the chassis
35,xxx on the motor
Black on Tan

I am selling my project GS430. The motor was recently swapped out to an Aristo 2JZGTE VVT-i with a W58 5 speed transmission. Here are the current modificatons:

Driftmotion 67mm complete Single Turbo kit
2JZGTE VVT-i
W58 5 speed
Single piece driveshaft
5Zigen Mega Exhaust
Bilstein shocks
Sprint Springs
Tial BOV
CX Racing intercooler

The car still has a few kinks to work out as it was just recently swapped. A good tune on a piggy back ECU and you have the potential of boosting up to 800hp on the turbo. The registration is current and up to date.

Asking price $15,000
Price is negotiable but please be reasonable. Thank you for looking!

The motorsports shop that did all the work on it gave me the incorrect MAF sensor part number to use. The MAF sensor connector is correctly reppined for the OEM Toyota Aristo MAF sensor that was never supplied to me by the distributer when I first bought the engine set. Having the correct MAF sensor solved the issue.

The car sat at the garage for about two years. After so much time and so much money, I feel like it is not worth it to me anymore. And besides, I plan on having children within the year so I will be looking for something more practical for the family.

The correct MAF sensor is on order. Once the correct MAF sensor is installed, the car will be sold in "as is" condition.

For the "kinks", there is no shift boot as this car is now a 5 speed and was never offered in a manual transmission. So you will have to make your own. Other than that, the car runs fine.

But is this what will solve the issue? seems pricey at current state as you describe it, without any pics and further lack of information.

are you kidding me...........? the car cant run fine its still in limp mode still! not to mention since its not done i guarantee there is more wrong with it then it just needs a shift boot. i was trying to honestly gauge what is needed to finish this to make a fair assessment to you but never mind man, i don't have time to play games especially not for a expensive modified car you cant even make time to post a picture for GLWS im out

Are you ok? Am I offending you? Why are you so upset?

I'm not forcing you to buy it. The price is "Or Better Offer". Why don't you try your luck. I'm very flexible.

Pictures are taken I will post them once I get home to my computer. Thank you!
