When I see an old LS400 like this one in the shape it is, and then realize that this was the crown jewel of luxury cars at the time, I'm amazed at how much these cars have changed since then and how much more stuff they pack into the newer ones. The amount of equipment in this loaded luxury car of that time is significantly less than a current stripped down base model Hyundai, except for leather seats.
I hope you find a buyer willing to step into the luxury of the past and pick up this gem.

First Gen LS400 (Lets say 1990) had Memory Seating, Power Seats Incl Power Headrests, Auto Telescoping Steering Wheel, Optitron Guages, Auto Dimming Rear View Mirror, Heated Seats, Auto Seat Belt Positioner, Auto Headlights, 6 Disc Changer...Tons more & i am sure more owners can Chime in.

You are right how new cars 20+ yrs later pack more stuff...But to say how New stripped down base model lets say Sonata or Camry pack more features is so not true.

she's beautiful! i wish i had the time and money to build her up. good luck with the sale. just keep her and project her for a long time, since you've had it for so long.. =)
