I don't want to have to pay the shop to uninstall the air suspension so i rather not remove it.

I would consider selling it without the wheels for 15K

Here we go looks like you have a buyer for the suspension,
If you can sell the wheels too, I am interested in the shell with stock suspension and stock wheels, I am prepared to buy the shell for up to $8k depending on the condition. Or I will be finishing my sc300 project, but would rather have my tt power plant in the sc430 body.
