WTB: 2GEN GS300/4x0

I've been on this journey into finding my ideal GS. I'm in the market for a White or Black would prefer it to have Black(interior) if not its okay. Something that needs a little cosmetic work. Clean title. Located in TRI-State. Looking to spend around $4500
