How are the axles? Any leaks on the transfer case? Does it need anything?

To my knowledge axles are fine, no leaks any where. Only thing is a small leak in the exhaust as it recently sounds louder than normal. Exhaust is the original since I bought the vehicle in 2008.

I changed the differential fluid and transmission fluid 2 summers ago as part of the 90K service. I also replaced the struts with bilstein instead of OEM.

Exterior body is very good with the exception of the front left bumber there was an 9" scratch that was touched up and the rear spoiler has clear coat peeling. You can barely see it in the 2nd picture but it is there.
