Default WTB, an ES or an LS

I have a $20k budget, give or take. I'm trying to find a decked out ES, or a nice older LS:

ES350, '12 or older. Must have ML/Nav
ES350 '13. Obviously I'd consider a higher mileage vehicle, up to 80k
LS430 '05 or '06. Not my preference, but I'd consider a minty one.
LS460 '08 or higher. I'd consider a higher mileage vehicle in excellent condition.

No white cars, please.

I'm a cash buyer. Motivated, as my '07 ES was totaled by an old man that rear-ended me like a freight train.

Thanks.
