I think seen in person the prototype will be wider and lower than what it looks like in pictures and in the videos. Being wide and low to the ground not only helps with handling, it improves high speed stability and gives the car tremendous handling specifically at high speeds. You can tell that this car was designed for supreme handling and very high speeds.
The LF-A is much wider than any other sports car Toyota has made. It's also wider and a bit shorter than a 997 Turbo. What's also interesting is that the LF-A has a much longer wheelbase than a 997 yet slightly shorter length. A Ferrari F430 is longer, slightly wider, and has an almost identical wheelbase to the LF-A concept. And if we compare to a Corvette Z06, is it the same length, slightly wider and a slighly longer wheelbase than the LF-A.

Fastest Super Car made by Toyota LF-A
The LF-A is a 2-door exotic concept car built as a prospective halo car for the Lexus division. The LF-A's 5-liter (or smaller) engine produces more than 500 horsepower (373 kW), propelling it to a top speed of approximately 200 miles per hour (322 km/h). It debuted at the 2005 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). A revised version with more completely furnished interior was unveiled at the 2007 NAIAS as a possible future member of the Lexus F-marque lineup.
Toyota has given the LF-A concept car the green-light for production. Prototypes of the LF-A have been spotted being tested at the Nürburgring, a famous motorsport race track in Nürburg, Germany. The production vehicles are expected to carry V10 engines, putting the car in competition with the Lamborghini Gallardo and the Porsche 911 (997). Pricing is estimated at $170,000.
As with all new Lexus vehicles, the styling of the LF-A is rooted in a design direction called L-finesse. The concept of L-finesse was used to shape and detail the original LF-A, and it was used to reshape, redetail and redefine this latest version. Lexus has further refined the styling of the new LF-A to enhance its exotic nature with a greater use of curved surfaces and interesting details.
In 2007, Lexus GB director Steve Settle confirmed that both a V10 and hybrid version of the LF-A would be produced. The hybrid version, combining a petrol engine with electric motors, would likely feature a V8 powertrain similar to that designed for the Lexus LS 600h L.

Exactly. That's why the IS-F is still under current testing and improvement. Lexus is one to get it done right..especially in a new niche market.

Seriously, The only time I'd use a stereo in this car, would be to drown out the sounds of any helicopter sirens chasing me for going triple the speed limit.
Or maybe on a date......
For anything else, the V10 makes sweet, sweet music.

I heard that the LS600hL is priced at $100,000 to about $125,000 and that the LFa is going up against Lamborghini. I can walk to the busiest Lamborghini dealer in USA. My dealer has told me that they have sold over 30 600hL's my sales associate sold 3.

Shanghai. August 30 (Gasgoo.com) - Thirteen days after Lexus LS600hL went on sale in Beijing, Toyota unveiled a plan to introduce the Lexus LF-A sports car into the Chinese market in early 2008.
"We are planning to import the latest Lexus models to the Chinese market at the earliest time possible," said Zeng Lintang, vice president of Toyota Motor (China) Investment Co at a test drive activity for Lexus LS600hL recently.
"Lexus LF-A blends the performance of an exotic sports car with the luxury refinements of a Lexus, and we anticipate that the model will be sold at more than 2 million yuan ($264,700) here in China."
The Lexus LF-A made its first debut at 2005 Tokyo Motor show, and the model will finally start production early next year after passing various collision tests for the past two years.
It features an engine capable of developing more than 500 horsepower from a displacement of less than five liters. With a combination of optimum gearing, weight and aerodynamics, the LF-A could reach a peak velocity of 200 miles per hour.
