Not putting down the LF-A - it will be a great car from all we know, but none of those others should be 'scared'. Lexus isn't going to show up with 1 new first time model and run off those vehicles that have been around for decades. About each one of those you mention: the GT2 sells in tiny numbers and is for people who want a more 'raw' Porsche. I don't imagine Ferrari sales will take a hit since cars like 430 have a typical couple of year waiting list anyway! And Corvette will likely be half the price of an LF-A.
I could see the LF-A maybe affecting sales of something like a Lambo Gallardo. But again the sales numbers are so tiny I don't think the LF-A is going to really impact the sales of others at all.

Not putting down the LF-A - it will be a great car from all we know, but none of those others should be 'scared'. Lexus isn't going to show up with 1 new first time model and run off those vehicles that have been around for decades. Two things are immediately noticeable:
The wonderful [!] exhaust sound and what appears to be incredible road holding without any sliding or body roll.
I think 0-60 time of 4.0 seconds is on the conservative side;
The IS 350 has been clocked at 4.9 secs; the IS-F will be likely in the mid to low 4 secs and the 500 hp LF-A [ sure to be lighter than the IS] would likely reach 60 in below 4 seconds;
Even if it is 4.0 to 60, the overall package seems extremely desirable.

actually since the car will have over 500 hp and not a heavy vehicle like the M5/M6 0-60 time of 4+ would be mediocre if not poor. I would assume this car should be able to hang with the GTR in a straight line (0-60 in 3.5, 1/4 mi in 11.7) with more hp, lighter weight and bigger engine. I would assume 0-60 in 3.5-3.7 and 1/4 just under 12.
It should beat the snot out of it. 0-60 in 3.2, 10/low 11 second 1/4 mile.
anything more than 3.5 seconds and I'd be really disappointed.
p.s. Is that a supra steering wheel in the mule?

No? Its been stated from the beginning that it wouldnt be. Many times in fact 
The GTR runs an 11.7 1/4 mile time in one magazine, and turbo cars are easy to provide ringers for. 480hp and 3800lbs doesnt equal 11.7 1/4 mile times unless its at an absurdly low mph (think drag slicks and 4-link racing suspension)

I'd be dissapointed if a 550+hp, sub 3100lb car doesn't accelerate faster than a 3800lb "480hp" car.
