Umm I never said they wouldnt. YOU'RE the one that said the car wouldn't matter.... I call this mattering quite a bit. A GS-F with the V10 in it would be outstanding; but I'd expect Toyota to have a detuned version in there... probably 500hp to match the M5. That doesn't make the LF-A any less special. It IS a halo car and isn't out there to make money by direct means; and the same goes for the F-series models.

What is amazing is I did fit myself and 3 strippers in a 2 seat LF-A and had those blistering times......

I think I can do a 7 flat, I'll drive bucked naked to save weight.

instead of just criticizing what others see as a possible scenario, do you care to detail your counterpoint and how you see things playing out?

OK maybe, but I still don't see the significance the LF-A would have on the market as a whole... to anyone other than Lexus enthusiasts. I guess I'm not in the GS-F camp though. BTW My original post wasn't intended as an attack on the brand...

japan hasnt had a true exotic car that can compete with euro exotics (GTR isnt a true exotic), IS-F has the same significance for Japanese car design as the LF-A will. Both coming from the same company makes it more of a big deal
