Wow, thats nice. I really like it..
Only 2 problems... The tach/speedometer is already confusing the crap out of me... and as much as how nice it is.. It doesn't really look like a road/street car.. It looks like they slapped on a body kit and such. Reminds me of JGTC cars.
Overall, I think thats super hot.. and that is one sexy interior!

The 1 min. 15 sec. LF-A Roadster presentation movie is now up at Lexus.jp. It's just a beauty turnstile vid, no new info, but the lighting really captures interesting views of the LF-A Roadster's sculpted body.

The car better be GTR performance level or greater. I dont think its going to beat 3.3 0-60. So to me 170k sounds way to steep. GTR has a history and a legacy that no japanese car will ever remove or detract from

They're very different cars. LF-A will be very fast AND very upmarket in materials and features where the GTR is primarily focused on performance.

CD gives up on the LF-A>>>>>>>
Apparently Car and Driver magazine is as frustrated as the rest of us with the teasing by Lexus of the always coming but never arriving LF-A.
I am more and more inclined to consider the GT-R/GT-R EVO-SPEC as an alternative.
This attachment is from the April 2008 C&D issue.

Lexus is sure taking its sweet time lately, what with the LF-A teases, the IS convertible/coupe now finally showing more hints, and the RX line held out a year longer than previous. Supposedly one possible reason is there is extra time to make sure quality controls, design etc ensured.

Somewhere I recall reading that the LF-A will be out in 2009 as a 2010 but where I read that or anything I cannot locate. I am wondering if the new coupe design will be used in the SC460 next year. IMHO I think it will be worth the wait!!! I LOVE THE COUPE one serious issue will be my drivers license as where I work is heavily patrolled marked and unmarked cars (well beat) as in an old Hyundai are used.

I think that many criticisms and complaints about Lexus taking too long will stop once the production car appears. I think the wait will be well worth it. I see this car as on another level than the NSX or GT-R.

The idea of making the LF-A into the next SC is an intriguing one, which is getting a second look from me. It reminds me of the days of the premiere of the SC 400, advertised in teaser shots as "The Lexus Coupe." In that sense, the LF-A is THE coupe from Lexus.
Making the SC into this would vault it above its SL/6-series rivals into supercar territory, and certainly burnish the SC name more than ever before.
However, it would also make the SC line yet another dramatic change from gen to gen. And it would not allow Lexus to expand its lineup.
I'm guessing that the new SC is delayed until 2011 as rumored, and will be a different model. I hope it takes cues from the LF-A though.
