Leftlanenews is reporting that 2 LF-A prototypes have returned to the Nurburgring for testing...with inevitable comparisons made to the GT-R.

honestly from the side view it looks a lot like the last generation supra.

$170K price tag is pretty steep though.

Might as well start the GT-R comparisons since that will come up anyway You could buy two GT-R's and have change with the price of the LF-A and by then the GT-R aftermarket would have grown tremendously. I can't wait to see what a GT-R on aftermarket twins will do like two PT67DBB or bigger.

All in all I love the LF-A and can't wait for it to come out

I like it also.
I think it is a great looking car...however, like a lot of great looking cars...I will never be able to afford one.
I guess I will just come and see yours MaxMax256!

The LF-A is the current holder of the fastest lap at the Nurburg (think that's spelt right) ring. It is by far going to be one of the greatest sports cars made. Not trying to sound like I work at Lexus or anything, but it will give a lot of those german cars a run for their money

not sure thats quite accurate. Not the part about giving the german cars a run for their money. Since the GTR has come out, the LF-A has dissapeared from tracks. I dont think the LF-A has the fastest laptime there also. The bar has been set so high by the GTR and with this being toyotas/lexus first supercar. If it doesnt beat the GTR in more than one way on the track, it'll be a failure for toyota.

maxmax... when i was at the dealer talking bout trading in my 350 for the f, the sales person told me theirs some people know bout these cars(us, modders car fans etc.) and one person already has a deposit on one at my dealer... told me this because when i got my 350 the guy that owns the first f in marin got his 350 the day after mine and put a deposit on the f that same day.... wished he told me bout the f, i'd own it instead of my 350....

its a great looking car i love the smoothness of the look, also looks like a monster on the road....definally a neck breaker....

if i had the money i'd buy it....

That could be true I think the GT-R surprised a lot of people and Lexus would not dare have their supercar being outperformed by a Nissan that costs 41% of it's price assuming the GT-R is 70K and the LF-A is 170K.
