I have not put a deposit down as they won't take it yet. I have rung a few other dealerships around and the situation is similar as my dealership, I guess will we have to see how many of those people will actually go through with the purchase.

Well I got a vist from my dealer today, I have officially got my name down. At the present time they don't know how things are going to work , but to keep things fair they may hold a party and have us all draw straws (so to speak) to see who gets first order. At present , there are two other guys who are commited to buy, so it is a one in three chance.

This car is full of intangibles; things that you cannot put a price on. That is what makes it a true exotic supercar, and a showcase halo car.
This car is a work of art. That drivetrain layout, a thing of beauty. The interior, just dazzling.

I talked to Hennessey Lexus of Gwinnett yesterday. US dealerships will not get the LF-A. There is a toll-free number to call for information. I haven't called it yet, but I was told all the US bound LF-As will be sold direct from Lexus USA, and the dealers will not have any say in it.
Sucks for the dealers for sure.
Now I just need to figure out how to rustle up the cash...
