My guess is that they are preparing for a test? Both had the same license plate, but I can't make out what it is. Also, the guy who uploaded that video also uploaded a video of Tanner Foust behind the wheel showing him the guages.

Maybe it's an upcoming episode of American Top Gear? That's the only thing I can think of, or battle of the supercars. Not there is no Paul Tracy (he gets on my nerves).

Hopefully the episode featuring the LFA gets put on soon. I wanna see how it does in Tanners hands. Either or Paul Tracy, I'm sure those guys will get the best (they can) out of the LFA, they aren't sunday school drivers or biased magazine editors.

LFA launched pretty hard and looked like the perfect launch to me with the perfect amount of wheelspin. Was it using launch control? That is amazing as Tanner went all the way up to 140 mph so fast (where 3rd gear ends at 9300 rpm).

I had a dream where I was kidnapped by a serial killer/monster and tied me up threatening to kill me, I escaped and hopped into the LFA revved it a few times to taunt the monster and just sped away never looking back, it was so exhilirating and real even though I've never even seen or been in an LFA (except for the prototype raw one I saw).

AWD?? So?? Why is it not a competitor?? It is a mid-engine supercar.

However, it does indeed not perform nearly as well as the LFA in a straight line or around a race track.
The R8 is obviously the V10 version. The V8 version is no longer produced and also the video clearly shows a typical Gallardo V10 sound.

True. It does cost a lot less. Since "Battle of the supercars" does a lot of top end runs and 1 mile races, I am sure the LFA will simply walk away past the 1/4 mile. Around the race track, I think it will be all LFA.
