Looking to go to the LA Autoshow next week and seeing the LFA for the first time in person is on the top of my list. I was wondering which color LFA will be there? The gray or the yellow one? I'm thinking since the gray one was in SEMA then it might be the one in LA.

But I have a strong feeling it will be the Pearl Yellow LFA..
The Yellow LFA hasn't made any public West Coast appearances yet..
~ It first quietly landed here (Ca) in August, but it was whisked away to Westover AFB in Massachusetts to film the episode of “Battle of the Supercars” on Aug. 30 & 31.
The Gray LFA was just seen at SEMA last week...
MY guess is the Gray LFA will be sent to the SF Auto Show and the Yellow LFA will make it's debut here at the LA Auto Show..
Just a guess....

Not quite "west coast", but the yellow LFA was on display at both Lexus of Las Vegas and the new Lexus of Henderson sister dealership between the US dealers' meeting and the Canada dealers' meeting.
I was actually told the Pearl Yellow LFA would make its way down to LA-area dealerships after the Canada dealers' meeting, but no idea if it was on public display down there.

You're a noob so I'll take it easy.
The price of the car has been discussed more times than I pass gas....that's a lot. We know it's expensive but its all Lexus and we're happy about the achievement. Many of us hope the sporting nature gets passed to other cars. The ISF was a good start and hopefully, Lexus will build on that.
Personally, I hope the LFA returns in less expensive models but culminating in the high dollar flagship.
I could see a line-up like this:
400 hp for 155K
550 hp for 255K
700 hp for 375K
Prolly not gonna happen but you brought up the price issue so I can fantasize.
Welcome to clublexus.

Chicks with cameras taking videos of a supercar lapping the race track. When was the last time you saw that. I say never! LOL.
Justin Bell seems to pushing it much harder than Scott Pruett did. He never lets the rpms fall below 6500 rpm even while doing hard cornering. Amazing stuff.

He still seemed like he was taking shift points from other cars at times in that video. I don't think the beeping was heard until later on in that hot lap. Wonder what times were being put up by him though.
