I agree about the rims...production ones are pure sex! I would also be anxious to see the interior- I wonder what kind of changes were made to get a lower curb weight.
I also wonder what happened to the rumors/pics of the lightweight ISF/ ISF CCS. They should unveil special editions of both cars at the same time

It's a "concept", but if these LFA shots are legit, it's using the same color scheme. I wouldn't be surprised if they call this the LFA CCS, meaning a possible release of the IS-F CCS would be in order .

I remember the concept but before (and even after) it debuted, there were a series of spy shots that surfaced with speculative information. As you know, it's not often in Lexus/Toyota world that a car is caught testing several times and not put into production. If the car is out there running around it's got to be for a reason.

Looks to be the same or at least similar wheels as the prototype LFA that we have seen running the ring last year. Love it except for that stupid rear wing.

...and a blurb, via MotorAuthority:
Back in October, we brought you word of the first reports that Lexus was working on a stripped-down track-day version of the Lexus LFA supercar. Today, it looks like images and details of the upcoming LFA Nurburgring edition have leaked out of Japan.
Though nothing is yet official or confirmed, the photos depict about what you'd expect from a track-day LFA: a large, fixed rear wing, a more aggressive front splitter, new lightweight wheels, and a bright orange paint job. Other details included in the source: 10 more horsepower, bumping output to 562, plus re-worked tuning for the dual-clutch transmission that improves shift speed by 0.05 seconds.
No details on timing or pricing were leaked, but we'd expect the cars to be highly exclusive--any built will likely be deducted from the 500-unit total of all LFAs planned for construction. Instead of a pre-built configuration, due to the limited output, Lexus will likely just offer it as an optional package/deletion spec when ordering.
While the small number of modifications listed certainly isn't the complete list, it's a testament to the standard LFA's craft-worthiness that more isn't revamped or replaced to create a track-ready version. Of course, for $375,000, that's precisely what you'd expect.

The info I received did not mention a limited
color option for the package
Other than that point, the details provided line up with what
my contact said last week
Let"s see what additional details come

Build your own Lexus LFA!
They didn't include the price, options, and destination. If you have to ask, you can't afford it.
BYO Lexus LFA
Post your favorite combination that you'd order on your personal LFA. Not sure if a thread like this has been posted yet.
Black Amethyst, gold calipers, and smoked wheels for me.
