Here is one, and it gets better gas mileage too

Would I own or buy one?

I wouldn't mind reviewing one, if given a chance, though, in my area, there are few places to drive it anywhere near its limits. But .....actually owning one? No. Exotics may be OK for a quick thrill ride or for the covers of enthusuast magazines, but, in general, they don't interest me much........I'm far more interested in everyday cars and what they offer for the money.

Koenigsegg made 16 cars last year. And as far as I know, Koenigsegg has always been making $500,000 supercars.

I'm fairly certain that the level of craftsmanship present in the LS600h will be extended over to the LFA. But then again, most cars in the $100-150,000 range express the same level of craftsmanship as an LS600h. The only advantage the LS600h has is that it's reliable, but you have to realize that someone buying a $130,000+ car doesn't necessarily care about maintenance costs.

i would expect (and demand) that the LFA is built way way better than other egzotics such as Ferrari.
Someone who cares about the maintenance costs of his Ferrari is living way beyond his means. I know a lot of Lamborghini, Ferrari and Bentley owners and they don't complain about how expensive it is to maintain the vehicle. That being said, we can't be 100% sure that the LFA will be easy and cheap to maintain. We'll only see how well they hold up in a couple of years, and that's if their very selective owners actually drive them.

Btw, the shrinking leather means that the leather is real. There have been problems in Maranellos with the leather shrinking away from the dashboard, and that's only because the owners didn't take proper care of the leather. The leather wears easily because it is of great quality - it's very soft. One of the disadvantages of high-quality leathers is that they wear quickly... which is why most owners garage their Ferrari and Maserati and don't wear jeans when driving them.

1- Yeah, but they were founded in 1994, and didn't produce that first car until 2002. Double standard much?

2- When I say craftsmanship, I'm hardly referring to the reliability. Ever heard of the "Takumi" or master craftsmen of the Tahara plant?
Also of note the SC & LS600h also get hand stitched leather. Just saying.

Toyata has much more experience making cars of any type then Koenigsegg, they have more experience in racing as well. If you think a car company is a true super car builder just because that is all they have made then you are seriously mistaken my friend. The tech in the LFA can only dreamed of by a car maker like Koenigsegg. Anyone joe bloe with a little mechanical experience and a good finacial backer can make a make a ***** out car, it is all in the details.

You're completely missing the point of the Koenigsegg, my friend.
