Congratulations.
Do you know how many have been allocated for your part of the woods?
And I am guessing that a lot of those 1200 applications world wide were from Japan???

the rest were sent to the bigger markets. i belive that being the toyota and lexus imported for the country helped and what really helped was our contribution to motorsports to help the brand here in the DR.
I have just sent a letter asking them to put me down for the nurburgrin edition just in case but this i really doubt it. but anyway very happy with the outcome..
we still have not been given pricing or options. so as I get info I'll let you guys know all the details.

I would not worry about getting a ring edition.
My local dealer thought there would not be a single customer for them based on fear of poor resale value.
Another LFA myth crushed today

The dealer's family owns a bunch of big shops and he knows the auto world. His two dealerships got the only LFAs allocated in IL, mine and someone West of Chicago.
He has a 599 now and is expecting to get an LFA. He said that 50 have been allocated to US dealers. My product rep said if there are units available at the end of production, dealers will get cars (some differences in reality here). Clearly your allocation is based on your impact to Toyota.
I am just a lucky Joe Shmo who got a wish granted.

My contacts at Lexus mentioned they will
work with me in terms of production date
my target is in line withe what you received
I want them to have some experience
building the car but I am looking forward
to having the car soon
