Well, it is confirmed alright that AutoBild had a passenger in tow who was the author.
For European tests, it is not uncommon since most conduct acceleration tests with two occupants in the car. From what I know, AutoBild always does their track tests with two people in the car.

yup, very weird. i can't read german, did they say they have passenger when getting lap time? i can imagine having a passenger (author) to get a feeling of the drive and the car on the ring / lap, so he can somewhat translate the experience into words. but when doing a run to get the best time, sounds weird to have a passenger in the car as well
