F1 obviously revs higher. In WRC, I'm not sure how high the highest-revving cars go to.

In NASCAR, I believe they rev to around 9-10K RPM.

So yes, the LFA really is up there in terms of RPMs and redline.
Most if not all open wheel racers rev to above 10k RPM. Formula Nippon, GT2, Indy and Obviously the stratoshperic F1 cars @ 18k (though not for much longer )

In the world of GTs and Touring cars, the LFA's 9K is certainly impressive. Gas powered Lemans cars do rev to around 10k, however, your typical GT and touring cars rev to 7000-8500 rpms

The redline limiter is pretty cool - I always get nervous when I see all these videos of people firing up LFAs and rev-ing them while seemingly cold. Actually, I realize now that one of the engineers was trying to explain the redline limiter to us at the end of the LFA Works tour but I was distracted by the noisy prototype and probably it got a little lost in translation too.

I'm going to go post "You're welcome" in response to Mark Templin's video later.
Are you referring to the Tumi Luggage? Was it an option or included for US buyers? I think it was offerred as extras here.

Yes, I was referring to the Tumi luggage. According to the early news releases (and seemingly confirmed by the official manual video) the luggage is included.

I just watched the welcome video again, and noticed that Lexus USA still thinks its allocation number is small. We should have our friend TommyJames give Mark a call .
