Now that I have let the cat out of the bag:
- This is some overview of what is in the works:
- A tribute/montage video of Lexus LFA, which will be about 15 - 16 minutes long
- I have story boarded the whole tribute video already.
- I am experimenting with various techniques in editing softwares.
- The progression will be like a "snowball" effect (you can interpret that anyway you like).
- I am fishing through 70 - 80 hours of footage to find clips to interlace, edit together and create defining moments for the LFA.
- The video will contain very classy and perfectly suited instrumental music with it. No tasteless hip hop or Justin Bieber garbage or anything.
- It will be one of the most exciting car videos to watch.
My inspiration for this was what I saw many years ago that became very popular - "The big Supra video".
I don't know when it will be complete. I am going to go with when I feel it is complete and the time is right, it will be complete.

Trust me, while fishing through 50 - 60 hours of footage, I have almost too much good footage to cram in 15 minutes in a very coherent way while everything flowing according to a storyline so I have to think and compare the footage to see which one fits the best in the timeline. There is lots of great footage available.
Fillers are the last thing I am worried about. I am going with a non stop action approach.

Absolutely yes. If it is too difficult to pick between various great clips, I would do a poll to get people's views on them.
Ofcourse, my priority is to cram as much great footage as I can and not have to leave out anything that seems to add to the entertainment value of the video.

the nsx video is nice and artistic, but i don't think it's exciting from a driving point of view (except the 4min mark)
if i were to offer a suggestion, i say try to keep it around 5-6 mins. 7-8 is pushing it already. 15-16 mins and a lot of people will start skipping parts of the video
