Looks like the owner & Lexus, confirmed that this is the Only Matte Black Nürburgring Edition ever manufactured!!!

LFA Badge #428 looks to have been sold via Lexus of Kendall in FL and delivered to a dealership in NJ.

The owner has a Porsche 997.2 Turbo S and a Lexus LFA Nurburgring Edition.

I understand his strategy.

The Porsche 997.2 turbo S is the drag racing monster while the Lexus LFA Nurburgring Edition is the monster around the race track.

 

Looks like the NJ dealer is Prestige Lexus.

 

I was never a fan of this color until now. Wow, it really does look nice in the NBR package!

 

This LFA was purchased from Lexus of Kendall, but delivery was taken at a New Jersey dealership.

As I guessed earlier, rev limiter is at 7400 rpm and has not been broken in yet.

On a serious note, WOW that thing was in my backyard the whole time and I thought I was lucky to have seen my bosses white Nürburgring in person.
