If You Want Another LFA Then You Better Make Some Noise
By Thomas Mabson

In a recent interview Vice President, Koji Sato remarked that the LFA could return... if it has the support of the people.

We're way far away from a new LFA. It would have to be groundbreaking, and entirely new, something akin to the carbon chassis made on the loom? I think Lexus will do a new halo, but we don't even know what kind of world it'll seek to perform in. So fan input will have nothing to do with it.

Hard to make something as ground breaking for the brand the LFA was.

To me right now I look at alot out there and the LFA is still so very very special.

The engine is a masterpiece still haven’t heard anything like it or sound as good.

It would be amazing if they could find a way to marry that engine with a hybrid drivetrain. Imagine buyers getting something like this...

They should just re-release the current LFA, but with a faster transmission and updated infotainment. keep everything else the same.

And massively drive down price/exclusivity for the buyers who found actual value in owning the original 500?

Hilarious.

Toyota has the hybrid and tech to match and better anything on the market there just has to be a commitment and a want like they did with the LFA to go forth with it.

I find rumours like this a tease.

Why does that matter? The market is big enough for 2000+ LFAs
