Fog/Driving LIght Bulb Replacement

Can someone tell me how to change the halogen bulb in the fog lights on a 1995 SC 400? Do I need to remove screws from under the front of the car and go in from the bottom? Help!

You just answered your question, and make sure you do a search on it, because it can get really ugly
