Default HIDs for a no HID GS3 which way to go?

I would like to install a HID system to my GS3 which came non hid. Now my question is i know i have 9006 bulbs in my stock non hid headlights but what is the best solution and kit out there that can be installed into my stock housing? One that will last and be reasonably priced i more then likley can get Hella ballast from a friend but what bulbs would be best for my housing.

Thanks

Cool Give Steve...

Hey Justin,

Give Steve Ganz a call. I got mine from him at a reasonable price, but that was during a group buy, but I'm sure he would still give a good price. Easy plug and play, only problem is getting the bulb inside the housing on the driver side... . I hope that helps...

Thanks,

Well which ones does Steve G over at carson sell? I will also only run Philips hid bulbs there the ones who make the real bulbs that last and come OEM in HID cars. Well if anyone knows of a place that sells the Philips bulbs and Hella ballast kits for s 9006 let me know.

Thanks
Justin Falla

-I take it the housing on a HID car is totally different where the bulb goes in correct (9006 vs Hid style bulb)? Also is the HID GS housing sealed better/ more air tight when compared to the non HID housing?

I have stock HID bulbs and ballast from a Lexus GS4 if you're interested. I'll let them go for $300 shipped.

Hey,

You can get your Philips Ultinon ( philips bulbs and philips ballasts) 9006k from Ken at Kwimports.com. He normally charges 495.00 shipped, but when you tell him "Bryan" referred you, he only charges you 475.00 shipped. Myself and many people have ordered through him with no problems.

I hope that helps.
