if i get plug and play, will i hafta worry about glare or the cut off? i drive an rx300 and was considering a plug and play kit but after reading about some drawbacks, i'm starting to wonder...

Time + money will be over 500. Plug and play is more complete and takes less than 20 min to install. Also retrofitting means de-linging your headlights.

I have a RX300 with aftermarket HID's from autolamps and all I had to do was aim the lights a little lower. I'm very satisfied with them. I will admit that sometimes I think about it and wonder if I should have gone for a projector retrofit. Due to the time involved in having to send them out to be retrofitted, I decided to go with aftermarket HID's.

also a retrofit will be 50% brighters than kits usually because the projectors are made for the HID bulb, and you will also have perfect cutoff line and perfect light ditrubution with no glare/blackspots.
