Putting on your lowered suspension probably is keeping your car much flatter, so it doesn't float as much--thus it appears to you that your lights aren't self-leveling. It's probably just that your car stays flat, so it dosn't need to change it's settings. The only time the autoleveler works is when it detects a differential between the front and the rear movement detectors--if it's too high up front, and low in the back, it will lower the HID beam to get the light back on the road, and vice versa.
Your "Check auto-leveling system" light doesn't come on, and it does its down-up diagnostics when you start up the car, and your HID leveling bubble is at the "0"--I wouldn't worry about it.
