Default Drivers Side Turn Signal

Can anyone help me figure out how to change the bulb for the drivers side front turn signal. I have taken off the black plastic cover under the hood and removed the screw that is supposed to hole the light in place but cannot pull the housing out.

not sure if its the same for the ES but for all the cars that i have changed a turn signal on was fairly simple. just basically turn the plug in the back and the light bulb should come out attached to the harness. there should be no need to remove any screws.
