Angry Those dimmed headlights!

I'm not sure where this question belongs but maybe someone could give me a possible wxplanation to this question. Ok. I have a Rockford Fosgate Punch 900 watt amp with 2 punch 12's. Well whenever the bass hits, the headights dull. Bad ground location or alternater? It also dims when I go on the brakes. Really not sure what the problem is. I know it bugs me! Help!!!!

You either need a new, more powerful alternator, or add a capacitor to your sound system. You're drawing more current that you're making which is why your lights are dimming. Alternators are pretty expensive, so I'd get a cap. That's what I did before and it worked wonders.
