Turn Signal Bulb Number?
Im having a retrofit done on a set of headlights with projectors while I have them open i want to take out that round orange piece on the turn signals. I would like to replace the oem bulbs with Chrome glass amber beam bulbs but not sure whats the oem bulb number to replace them with. For some odd reason these bulbs do not show a part number and I've even looked in my owners manual with no luck. Not sure if this should be in the lighting forum or not??? If so I apologize for posting here. Can anyone help me out?

standard bulb # is 7440
same as rear signal and reverse light
its listed as 1156 in alot of listings, but its not. at least on 98-00 GS
also, the 7440 is a true bulb # and not Polarg specific M#.

Just an FYI Polarg is M2 for direct replacement. Not worth it for tha turn signals IMO. I bought them put one side in and left the other side stock. no big difference. Big difference on the reverse lights
