Default After-market HID problem

Guys,

I purchased a HID kit(philips) from Auto-lamps about a year ago, and for about 8 months everything worked fine, now when I'm driving the car the driver side light will just go out. I can turn the lights off and then back on and things will be fine for a few minutes and then the light will go out again. It does this in warm, cool, hot, but not cold weather. I've had Auto-lamps send me a new harness and relays, because they say this was most likely the problem, but neither has solved my problem. I've tried every possible combination ( switching ballast and bulbs, and harness) but it's always on the side of the one ballast. However, Auto-lamps insist on telling me it's not the ballast, unless I have installed the kit wrong or that heat may be the factor. Is this theory possible? I've heard of the ballast misfiring upon turning the lights on, but in my case the bulb is already on and then it cuts off.
I've used search and all info pertains to the ballast not firing upon startup, not when the bulbs are already on. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have the same exact problem with my kit from autolamps. They also insisted it wasn't the ballast and sent me a new wire harness and it seemed to work well but after a week it happened again. At first it would just happen when they were on and it would cut off but now it seems worse and at times one will misfire and not startup at all.
