i've searched the boards looking for a write up or DIY for this swap after i saw it on soaristo's car. Beautiful project, but i have no clue how to do it. Money isn't really a problem, just instructions! if anyone has completed this project, please let me know! Maybe i can outsource this hid and blacked out headlights project to another member who wants to make some cash on the side!

I've only seen it on 2 cars on CL: GammaLex and 2001HiTechGS. You can try PMing them for info since they both did it themselves, although I have not seen 2001HiTechGS on here for a little while.

Does any one have idea if this project works for ES300?

In Soaristo's page he mentioned that the Q45 multi-lens projector is approximately 14cm in width and 15cm in depth. Any one has idea if it will fit in ES300 '01.

wow im suprised how you guys even got the Q45 HID retrofits. was it through a private seller or can you get them from the dealer? i think Q45 projectors are hot stuff!
