Key Ignition Light (GS) bulb swap to LED....Lots of pics
Thanks to BR1AN who brought this to our attention. This is an offshoot from the Footwell Bulb thread.
Simple mod....you only need a #74 LED bulb (I used SuperWhite)...and a philips (+) screwdriver to remove a single screw.
Pics are pretty much self-explanatory...so I won't go into details.

side note.....I noticed the stock bulb was a regular #74 clear bulb....with a green rubber transparent cover. In essense...you could slip any color cover on the bulb. Here's a closeup pic of the stock #74 bulb.

thanks for the pics pete, awesome info there. pretty much how i took it off as well
yeah the green is just the stock 74 bulb with green cap. it's on pretty tight though. i guess with the cap it makes the light not as "strong"
so how do you like the superwhite on the ignition so far pete? goes well with the rest of the interior?
