Sc430 Hid

unless you put on philips 6000k hid, nothing else please....
anyway, it's not hard, but still not easy, to change the bulb. no need to take off bumper, go from the back of the headlights, turn and take off the plastic cap. you see the power connected, twist and take it off. then there are two metal wires holding the bulbs, take them off and you are good
make sure the car is turned off of course, haha

I think he wants the flicker effect that he sees on Merdeces E55 cars or on BMW 7 series etc. Its not the bulb that produces the effect, its the projector assembly and the cuffoff shield that plays part in all this. Its a prism effect you see the light being cast in. Your eye catches the blue/purple spectrum over the white when viewed at certain angles. The good news is that the units your car uses are the same as the Honda S2000. Those are the most aggresive color flicker units out there if not one of the top three. The Lexus variant is crafted to not flicker as much because of the croud the car is made for. The good news is that it can be modded to fit your tastes. You would have to remove the projectors from the car by opening your headlamps and getting inside them. I would seek a technician here if you have no experience or talk to see_fuu here (he's worked on your car's headlights before he's an expert on SC4 Lex cars). The mod consists of of bending the shield a few mms to achieve the look you want and thats it. It takes about 15 mins to do right and you're on your way. Your car can have the look you want. You have all the equipment you need already.

Here's an example of a modified S2000/SC430LExus projector unit....
The last one is the stock setup. Getting your car to look like the first setup will defiantely result in your car throwing out massive purple and blue flickering colors to oncoming traffic which is what you see when you see a BMW or Audi look like its lights are solid purple or blue etc. Trust me, its not the bulb. Pull up to a wall and post pics of your cuttoff beam patterns. Do one from 15 feet, 25 feet and 40 feet away from the wall. That way we'll be better able to help you. Good luck man
