HID bulb vs. HID kit

i probably wouldn't get hid kits for the high beam though. the purpose of high beam is to turn on fast enough to shine on stuff. hid, you need to ignite the system, takes time. so by the time they are bright, you passed the exit already 
plus it's not good to turn on and off hid often. so if you flash someone, good luck

caliness, are you sure your car uses H4 bulbs? I thought '95-'97 use 9006 for low beams and a separate bulb for high beams? I know for a fact that '93-'94 models use H4/9003 bulbs. Did you do a retrofit or something to your headlights? Seems to me that you either have your headlight bulb applications confused or your car year confused.
