I have a 1992 SC400 and my park lights will not come on(.....changed the bulbs, still didn't work), cornering lights won't work, nor will my side marker lights work!!! I have looked at all the fuses and they appear to be good.......How do I get access to the cornering lights and side marker lights to replace the bulbs and see if that solves the problem?? Thanks!!!

The sidemarkers are accessed by pulling the fender out. You should be able to access the corner lights by pulling the bottom splash guard.
