relay? corroded and rusted on my aftermarket HID
well today i was doing some cleaning and i notice that this relay? was in a puddle of water.. apparently water builds up right below the intake box of my GS anyone else have this problem? also my fuse has corroded i replaced that, i tried cleaning up this relay with sand paper and a tiny precision screw driver does anyone know if this is safe? before u guys make judgment my HIDs work except sometimes one does not fire at startup, assuming its because of the fuse and this rusted piece of metal. any input? maybe i can purchase a new one?
edit: maybe this is a fuse 30a?

And if you don't want anymore rust, move the relay or buy an bicycle tire tube and wrap the relay with it.
