Moisture in headlight assembly

I had this problem a few years ago. I left it alone and it went away. The dealer suggested to drill a few very small holes in the lens and park the car in the sun so that the evaporation would run its course. Then reseal the holes with a clear epoxy. I didn't do that. I've been dry for three years .
Power car wash was probably the cause. I've been hand washing since.
Good luck

The lens on the 94 ES300 would fog up in the winter at the car wash.
I eventually took it out and ran a bead of sealer ( silicone ) around the edge where the
glass joins the back. I poured in rubbing alcohol and swished it around to clean the
glass and poured it out and let it dry overnite before reinstalling.
No problems for 2-3 yrs now
